Adelina Strasnei after she was awarded a Master’s degree in Music Education from National University of Music Bucharest a university-high level school of music located in Bucharest, Romania, she came in United States to teach Byzantine Music. But her destiny was to became to change when her friend show her a beautiful flower shop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She got in love with flowers and the next week she became a student of one of the best floral design school in Florida. After two year of experience, working for wedding and events company specializing in floral design, she became a young business owner. Now, VIP Floral Designs is a family owned business located in Las Vegas, Nevada and have been in business for 11 years. 	Substitution Policy

	Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
